Gluten Free Roasted Asian Chicken Tenders

Quick and easy with a lot of flavor, make a few for yourself or a bunch and feed a crowd, use a fork, chopsticks or just your fingers, it’s all good.

Ingredients

2 pounds boneless, skinless, chicken tenders
1/3 cup honey
¼ cup Tamari (You may use soy sauce if you are not concerned about gluten.)
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon garlic, chopped
2 tablespoons dehydrated onions
¼ cup green onions, chopped

Directions

Combine honey, Tamari, ginger, garlic, and dehydrated onions, stir well. Coat baking dish with non-stick cooking spray, arrange chicken tenders in a single layer on the baking dish, pour Tamari mixture over the chicken, cover and marinate for an hour or two.

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Cook uncovered for 15 to 20 minutes, or until done.

Sprinkle with green onions, serve with rice, and enjoy.
